Rosie recently started a stretch assignment from Horizons to the Personalised Care Group. She has been working on a fantastic programme called Leadership for Empowered Communities and Personalised Care, which is aimed at senior leaders and clinicians in health, social care and beyond. The aim is to develop leaders who can lead change in co-production with citizens and to embed personalised care across the health and care system. You can find out more about the programme here.
