This week, Prerana Issar (Chief People Officer, NHS England and Improvement) held a virtual meeting for everyone in the People Directorate. She shared a fantastic word cloud highlighting the values they want the People team to have and demonstrate.

Our colleague Ian shared that it might be difficult to find the right words during this pandemic but was quickly reminded of the attitude of front line ambulance staff and NHS colleagues. Grit and determination to step up and fight this virus. Thank you Shaun.
