International Women's Day

Brilliant feedback from an event supported by Horizons' colleague @LeonBrowning16  #IWD2022

On #IWD2022, two authors of the upcoming Global Gender Gap Report say that in order to make workplaces more equal, we need to:

2) promote online learning, diversify the teachers & create digital jobs

Click here to read this World Economic Forum article for more on this.

"Women make up 80% of the (health & care) workforce..but women are not represented in leadership or senior clinical roles in numbers that reflect their contribution". Why we need action today on #IWD2022 and every day. Read Helen and Prerena Issar's blog for more insight.

Team update

Helen took part in the global improvement science day at #qmicro and watched some superb presentations.

Who says that social media influence isn’t mainstream? The first thing you see when you walk into ⁦@qulturum in Jonkoping, Sweden is an illuminated perspex tower of social media addresses. They’ve even left a space for another social media platform at the bottom. TikTok maybe?
