Over the past 20 years, I have evaluated change in complex systems, developed validated evaluation tools and conducted research, evaluation and training for the European Union and Cambridge University. More recently, I have worked for NHS National Improvement bodies, such as the NHS Institute for Innovation and Improvement, undertaking a wide range of responsibilities from Research Associate to Head of Organisational Development.
